Year’2013 in Russia is declared the Year of Environment. The Theme of the Year’2013 is “Water Cooperation”, within this framework there was hosted a Round Table Meeting at the Documentation Center of International Organizations of the Russian State Library on March 22, 2013, devoted to the issues of the environmental protection.
