The article is devoted to the research of some not well known the biography aspects of the famous Russian scientist, historian and library researcher, organizer of librarianship in the USSR, honorary professor at Moscow University of Culture and Arts - Konstatnin Ivanovich Abramov. The author shows the formation of a personality K. Abramov in the years of his youth, the role of the family and the small Motherland of the scientist.
