VCO(Virgin Coconut Oil) isderivedfrom the old fresh fruit ofthe oilpalm(Cocosnucifera). Other characteristics of theVCOis to have aclearcolor, softaromaanddelicious taste. VCO can be process with physical, chemicalandbiological technique.
