It is a drug of choice for medium and severepsoriasis. It is efficient in treatment of a wide range of torpid dermatoses as well as dermatoses resistant to other topical drugs.This drug is safe under the condition of its reasonable administration. The development of serious complications is possible onlyin case of long-term administration of extremely high doses.
