Timely and high-quality diagnostics of IgE-mediated sensibilization can greatly optimize the therapy for children suffering fromatopic dermatitis. In practice, physicians often come across problems of selection of the rational method for examination andinterpretation of obtained results. This review reflects the current approaches to this problem.
