The article describes complex treatment of 56 patients suffering from with chronic prostatitis and vesiculitis with the use of microwaveirradiation (of the cm range). This complex therapy made it possible to achieve better results in the main group of patientsvs. the comparison group (71 people), who received only drug treatment. Treatment resulted in the normalization of the leukocytecount in the prostate gland discharge and venous circulation rate in the prostatic plexus. A reduction in the diameter of the venouslumen was observed in more cases in the group of patients undergoing a microwave therapy than in the comparison group.
