The article presents data about the current syphilis and gonococcal infection incidence among people from decreed groups of professions in the territories of Urals, Siberia and Far East. The article generalizes major problems in the field of organization of periodic preventive medical examinations for sexually transmitted infections among people from decreed groups of professions.
