Lechenie «dermatita otmeny» posleprimeneniya topicheskikh glyukokortikosteroidovs ispol'zovaniem aktivirovannogo tsinkapiritiona

The authors present the results of a study of efficiency of Skin-Cap in treatment of withdrawal dermatitis after applicationof topical glucocorticosteroids.The study involved 46 patients who had topical corticosteroids applied on their face skin in the anamnesis, who weredivided into two groups depending on the therapy. The efficiency of treatment was assessed based on the dynamics of theDermatological Index of Symptom Scale (DISS).A comparative assessment of the efficiency of treatment with the use of the Skin-Cup cream and non-specific antiinflammatorydrugs showed the highest efficiency of application of activated zinc pyrithione, which was became apparent inreliably more intensive reduction of the DISS and certain subjective and objective symptoms of the inflammatory reaction.Good results of the study substantiate the expediency of administration of Skin-Cap in treatment of patients withsymptoms of withdrawal dermatitis as this drug facilitates the course of the disease and results in faster elimination ofthe inflammation. Application of the cream containing activated zinc pyrithione makes it possible to avoid administrationof system drugs.
