The paper presents the clinical case of Pseudosarcoma Kaposi (Mali type) of patient at age of 45 years. Its manifestationwas induced by trauma and this was not a congenital vascular dysplasia as in Pseudo - Kaposhi sarcoma (Stewart -Bluefarb type).
