A patient with a rare form of dermatosis, follicular vegetative dyskeratosis (Darier-White disease), was under observation.Particular features of the case under examination are described: prevalent skin eruptions with affected mucous coats ofthe oral cavity; pathologic process complicated with a secondary infection. The efficacy of neotigason, a drug belongingto the group of synthetic retinoids, was demonstrated.
