The authors describe the results of a clinical study of 90 patients suffering from different clinical forms of atopicdermatitis (AD), who received hepatotropic drugs in combination with ursodeoxycholic acid. A misbalance of cellular andhumoral immunity was revealed in these patients prior to the onset of treatment. The inclusion of ursodeoxycholic acid incomplex treatment of AD contributed to normalization of immunity indices and regression of skin eruptions.
