There was a clinical and ultrasonic study of the clinical efficacy of levocetirizine as a part of a complex therapy in 60patients with eczema. The dynamic calculation of the EASI, EQ-5D and DLQI indices as well as analysis of ultrasoundshowings made it possible to confirm the benefits of glencet vs. cetirizine for achieving the clinical effect. The eczematherapy with glencet contributes to the elimination of both exudative and proliferative parts of the complex pathologicchain of the disease in patients with this type of dermatosis.
