The article systematizes information about genetic polymorphisms associated with the risk of psoriasis and psoriaticarthritis development. Gene variants that are potentially essential for their inclusion in genetic tests were sampled takinginto consideration polymorphism localization. The presented data are sufficient to prepare the genetic profile of psoriaticpatients, forecast the clinical course of the disease and potential efficacy of treatment, and calculate the risk of thedisease development in the patients relatives.
