Apontamentos sobre a Arte retórica de Fortunaciano

Neste artigo, apresenta-se um resumo das partes de minha pesquisa de mestrado, a qual tem por objeto a Arte retórica de Consulto Fortunaciano, manual escolar composto em latim, provavelmente no século IV d. C. A pesquisa divide-se em duas partes: a primeira compreende um estudo sobre a autoria, datação e partição da obra, e outro sobre a doutrina exposta nesta e, em particular, sobre quatro pontos dessa doutrina que chamam a atenção da crítica especializada por serem, de algum modo, particulares da obra; a segunda parte compreende a tradução anotada da obra.Notes on the Art of Rhetoric by FortunatianusAbstractThis article presents an overview of my Master research, which focuses on the Art of Rhetoric by Consultus Fortunatianus, a handbook composed in Latin, probably in the fourth century AD. The research is divided into two parts: the first comprises a study of the authorship, dating and partition of the work, and another a study of the doctrine set forth in this and in particular on four points of doctrine which attract the attention of specialized critics for being somehow, particular to this work; the second part includes the annotated translation of the work.Keywords: Master research; ars rhetorica; Consultus Fortunatianus
