
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TEKNIK TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT)

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Differences in student learning outcomes using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model in the pretest and posttest in the experimental class. (2) Differences in student learning outcomes using conventional learning methods in the initial measurement (pretest) and the final measurement (posttest) in the control class. (3) Differences in student learning outcomes using the Teams Games Tournament and those using conventional learning methods in the experimental class and in the control class. The data analysis technique was carried out by testing the product moment correlation and then analyzing the correlation coefficient with the validity and normality test, followed by hypothesis testing using the t test formula and the N-Gain test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the teams games tournament in Financial Accounting subjects at SMK Al-Azhar Banjar is categorized as good. The application of teams games tournament to student learning outcomes in Financial Accounting subjects at SMK Al-Azhar Banjar has a strong correlation and has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes in Financial Accounting subjects at SMK Al-Azhar Banjar. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui : (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada pengukuran awal (pretest) dan pengukuran akhir (posttest) di kelas eksperimen. (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional pada pengukuran awal (pretest) dan pengukuran akhir (posttest) di kelas kontrol. (3) Perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan Teams Games Tournament dan yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional pada pengukuran akhir (posttest). Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi product moment kemudian menganalisis koefisien korelasi dengan uji validitas dan normalitas, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji t dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teams games tournament pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan di SMK Al-Azhar Banjar berkategori baik. Penerapan teams games tournament terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan di SMK Al-Azhar Banjar mempunyai korelasi kuat dan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan di SMK Al-Azhar Banjar.
