In order to to be leaders in their respective business areas, modern business companies should follow the trends of the fast development of modern technologies and to implement them into its business wi th the aim to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. The aim of this paper is to highlight the quality of services as a vital prerequisite for competitive advantage. Mobile operators operating in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the services they provide, as well as customer satisfaction will be described in this paper.
