To increase the share of the national fleet charge for Crude Palm Oil (CPO), the necessary readiness of domestic shipping operators. Anticipation that shipping companies can do is to follow the market mechanism, one way to increase ship technology. This is due to the transport of palm oil are required to use double-hull vessels. This study aims to enhance the development of the national share of the cargo fleet capable of transporting cargo for the CPO. With the SWOT analysis is used to solve this problem.
