The research has as starting point from glow of media now a days that report about criminal case that be done by student. The deviate behavior is meaned as type of deviate behavior from Social norms. Deviate behavior of student is alto tauke place at SD 6 Dalung, Kuta Utara district, Badung regency, is looked from small case like: the students are now a days very naughty. The Hindu theory namely Panca Yama Brata is five items control emotional, when to be correlated with behavior of students to theory Panca Yama Brata at SD 6 Dalung like throw the rubbish carelessly, hit the friends, bullying, do not do the homework, chat in the class, cheating and so on.
