Innovación y fragmentación productiva: La pérdida de eficacia de la acción sindical

  Resumen   Las transformaciones de los sistemas productivos han cambiado radicalmente el paisaje de la sociedad. Diferentes ámbitos del quehacer social experimentan estas transformaciones y el mundo del trabajo se ve afectado progresivamente por la transición de la sociedad industrial a un mundo de servicios. La relocalización espacial de las actividades de producción de bienes ha causado la transformación del mundo de los trabajadores y con él de su organización, el sindicato. No sólo hay una disminución en la adhesión a este tipo de organización, sino que su efectividad para alterar la distribución primaria de los ingresos entre el capital y el trabajo se reduce considerablemente. Different areas of social work experience these transformations and the world of work is progressively affected by the transition from industrial society to a world of services. The spatial relocation of the activities of production of goods, has caused the transformation of the traditional worker and with him of its organization, the union. Not only is there a decline in membership of this type of organization, but its effectiveness, to alter the primary distribution of income between capital and labor, is greatly diminished.
