Developing human resources training to meet social needs is an essential issue and an inevitable rule. The working capacity of graduates to meet the requirements of employers is a very concerned issue. The paper has studied student work competency models. Thereby researching the assessment of the employer on the working capacity of the graduates on 3 aspects: knowledge, skills, personal qualities. The sample of the survey was conducted in economics students. From research, draw conclusions about the responsiveness of today's graduates compared to the requirements of employers. This helps training institutions to improve their training programs to meet the needs of society.
