The basic thesis of this paper is that Education Science need to be developed into Education Sciences of the “Society & Education & Individual” relationships and their theories need to be integrated into Research & Development and the teacher training in Vietnam. The paper uses the methodology of literature review and scoping study of articles published in the 2019 Vietnam Journal of Education and international publications on theories in education sciences. The study results indicate that educational theories including Montessori’s education, Bloom’s taxonomy and theory of experiential learning have been widely studied and applied in teaching, however it is not enough. Therefore, systems approach need to be used to identify theoretical problems to be addressed in intensive research & development to contribute to the development of education sciences of “Society & Education & Individual” and the quality of teacher training.
