The article provides analysis of the scientific concepts and contents related to the intangible assets of scientific research human resources. With scientific arguments, the author gives his views to the important role of intangible assets of science and technology human resources in general and scientific research human resources in particular. In the process of designing policies for development of science and technology human resource, policy makers should take into account the intangible assets of scientific research human resources to create an adequate environment for scientific creative labor and to provide right assessments of the value of creative work in research and development activities.
