Sustainable development is an indispensable trend belong to global strategic in order to tackle severe conflicts in economic development (economic growth), social stability (advancement, social equality, poverty reduction, and employment) and environmental protection (treatment of pollution, management of rational use of natural resources, and management of natural disaster risk). To achieve the goal of "sustainable development linked to growth model", TPCT focus on identifying resources, growth motives, difficulties and opportunities to implement appropriate solutions. The article uses data on TPCT's developmental realities in economic, social and environment in order to contribute some of the viewpoints related to challenges of sustainable development Mekong Delta.
