The work is devoted to assessing the impact of training loads on the indicators of a number of heart sizes of athletes-skiers in the natural and climatic conditions of the Middle Ob region. Features of age dynamics of adaptation of the cardiovascular system of athletes to high training loads are revealed. The specificity of changes in the geometry of the left heart in athletes-skiers under the influence of growth processes and systematic training loads is established.
