Porque vivas se las llevaron… Una aproximación a las desapariciones de mujeres en Veracruz (2016-2018)

A partir de información generada por medios de comunicación, en este artículo se reflexiona en torno a estimaciones numéricas en materia de desapariciones de mujeres en territorio veracruzano que tuvieron lugar en los años 2016 y 2017, así como el primer semestre de 2018. Los datos fueron sistematizados en el marco del proyecto de investigación Asesinatos de mujeres y niñas por razón de género. Feminicidios en la entidad veracruzana y procesados por el Observatorio universitario de violencias contra las mujeres. Gracias a ello podemos percatarnos del comportamiento mensual y anual del fenómeno, el perfil de edad de las víctimas, los municipios con mayor incidencia y realizar un comparativo entre los 30 meses que comprende el registro que se expone en las siguientes páginas.Palabras Clave: desaparición; violencias; muje­res; Veracruz; observatorio AbstractBased on the information genera­ted by the media, this article reflects on the sta­tistical approximations regarding disappearan­ces of women in the state of Veracruz between 2016 and 2017, as well as the first semester of 2018. The data was used in a systematic moni­toring for the research project Murders of wo­men and girls for gender reasons. Femicide in the State of Veracruz, with the support of the Uni­versity Observatory of Violence Against Wo­men. Thanks to this information we are able to determine the monthly and annual develop­ment of this social phenomenon, the age profi­le of the victims, the districts with the highest femicide rates, in order to make a comparative analysis of the 30 months that this research paper comprehends. Keywords: Disappearance; violence; women; Veracruz; observatory
