The article is devoted to the experimental determination of the torsional compliance of an incompletely supported crankshaft of a complex design. Comparison of the obtained compliance value with related to the significant formula (12.4%), the finite element method (4.98%). The obtained result will be used in calculating the torsional vibrations of the DGA-8.83 diesel generator set with the original rope coupling.
