Systematically holistically address the challenge of ensuring competitiveness and technological development of sea ergatic systems and systems proposed on the basis of transparent evaluation and digitization quality of goods and services with the addition of a system of voluntary and compulsory certification of conformity system the ranking of quality certification, which practically provide an effective system of quality management and the competitiveness of marine equipment.
