In the development of the provisions and results of the system analysis and variant synthesis of the technological development of marine critical infrastructure objects (OMKI), as well as the actual directions of the development of qualimetry of models and polymodel complexes, some of the provisions of a relatively new scientific direction – synthetic qualimetry by Professor A.I. Subetto are considered. On the basis of the systematization of results of numerical simulation OMCI the special role and importance of methodology and methods of system analysis and design research systems and technologies intelligent control based on the synthetic methods of quality control.
