The article discusses the pedagogical system of educator's professional development in the process of research activity in a departmental educational organization as a complex of interconnected components, characterized by ways of integrating education and science. The essence of methodological approaches (personality-activity, personality-oriented, integrative and competency-based) to the construction of a system of educators' professional development in the process of scientific-research activity is revealed. Attention is paid to the principles and functions in the pedagogical system construction.
