The article is devoted to the analysis of reflections of the phenomenon of energy on the pages of Russian philosophical literature of the late XIX century and at the beginning XX century. The energy worldview is positioned as a productive result of creative processing of the ideas of European positivism by Russian thought as well as a prospective direction of research within the paradigm of convergence of Sciences. A retrospective review of energy concepts allows us to conclude that energetism is still relevant for post-non-classical modeling of the world and man and at that energy is a unit of measurement for concurrent processes in nature, society, and individual existence.
