The current stage of development of financial and economic relations is characterized by the presence of a huge array of heterogeneous information. This is primarily due to the active development of information and communication technologies. Therefore, an organization that is able to use existing resources efficiently and also be adaptive to new knowledge and skills can be considered effective at the moment. People in the organization have a lot of knowledge, but many of them are not used in the workflow, and there is no effective exchange of knowledge within the organization and with the external environment. All these problems and challenges determine the relevance of forming a knowledge management system in organizations. The article offers a knowledge management algorithm based on a systematic approach that will help debug all knowledge management processes in the organization and develop appropriate regulations.
