The article examines the process of using and adapting Internet technologies to solve educational problems, highlights the possibilities of the educational model of training, identifies ways to develop the education system in these conditions and identifies factors that determine the effectiveness of training, considers Internet technology as an innovative pedagogical technology and as a means of mass communication of training.
