The article describes the methods of development of human capital of students and studies of its effectiveness in the educational environment. The concepts of human capital, the educational environment are considered. The role of the educational environment as a form of development of the student's human capital is studied. The conditions for organizing and conducting events for students with the aim of the effective development of human capital are described.
