This article aims to present the role and importance of youth policy and how youth organisations can practically implement it on a local and regional level, on the example of Association Europe4Youth (Kraków, Poland). Since youth work is not recognised formally as a profession, nor a function in Poland, those are non-governmental organisations that have enough space and freedom to explore various practices of youth work and advocate for youth policies, while collaborating with local, regional and national authorities.
