Musical Knowledge and the Ways of its Transmission in Children’s Books of Izabella Klebańska and Anna Czerwińska-RydelThis article deals with children’s music books written by Izabella Klebanska and Anna Czerwinska-Rydel. The author analyzes the content of the musical knowledge contained in the mentioned sources. Systematizes and exchanges issues in books. In addition, she describes the variety of ways of presenting musical knowledge. He points out the significant differences in the work of both authors and gives examples of their applied – not only – literary works, aimed at broadening the knowledge and shaping the musical interest of the young reader. It then discusses the illustration function, which is an important factor in helping or distorting the reception of the next, and thereby contributing to the cognitive competence of the child in the in the field of music.
