The automotive branch in Poland is the most dynamic changing area now. The characteristicis complicated, diversed forms and organization systems and way of management of business.There is necessary to use the new methods of managing, to help the top management in difficultdecision process, as result of expectation from client’s side, high competiveness, risk anduncertain conditions. The main meaning have a new forms of nets-organization, the specialconnections between subjets on the same branch and with the similar rules.
