Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google form. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 karyawan tetap PT. MMU, di Jakarta. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 3 dalam menganalisis data. Variabel budaya organisasi menggunakan indikator inovasi dan pengambilan resiko, memperhatikan hal rinci, orientasi hasil, orientasi karyawan, orientasi tim, keagresifan, dan stabilitas. Variabel lingkungan kerja menggunakan indikator lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik. Variabel kepuasan kerja menggunakan indikator pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, supervisi, dan rekan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment towards job satisfaction. The research design used in this study was causal research with quantitative method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire in google form. The sample size used in this study were 70 permanent employees at PT. MMU, in Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study used software SmartPLS Version 3.0 in analyzing the data. Indicators of organizational culture were innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, result orientation, employee orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Indicators of work environment were physical and non-physical work environment. Indicators of job satisfaction were the job itself, salary, promotion, supervision, and co-workers. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect towards job satisfaction.
