Motivation is considered important for companies because employees who are emotionally involved can benefit the company both in the work productivity of the employees. Good employee productivity can be realized from the job satisfaction of the employees in the company. . In determining this sample using convenience sampling by getting 67 respondents in the company. This research method uses multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing carried out in this research is to find out whether there is an influence between motivation on the performance of Matahari Department Store employees, atMall Ciputra. And there is an influence between job satisfaction on the performance of Matahari Department Store employees, at Mall CiputraMotivasi dianggap penting bagi perusahaan dikarenakan karyawan yang terlibat secara emosional dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan baik secara produktivitas kerja para karyawan. Produktivitas karyawan yang baik dapat terwujud dari kepuasan kerja para karyawan di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Dalam penentuan sampel ini menggunakan convenience sampling dengan mendapatkan 67 responden dalam perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Matahari Department Store, di Mall Ciputra. Dan terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Matahari Department Store, di Mall Ciputra.
