Neck disability that begins with neck pain is common disorder among workers. The main factors that trigger neck disability are work posture and work sitting duration. This research aimed to identify the correlation between work posture and work sitting duration with risk of neck disability in Denpasar City workers. Design of this research is a cross sectional analytical study. The amount of sample is 65 female workers aged 32-50 years old. The independent variables are work posture and work sitting duration while the dependent variable is neck disability. The result of this research showed that work posture and work sitting duration have a significant correlation with risk of neck disability. The conclusion is the higher risk of work posture and the longer of sitting duration is affected to the higher risk of neck disability in Denpasar City workers.
