The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction for employees of Semabu Hotel & Resort Nusa Penida in Klungkung, Bali, Indonesia. This study used a sample of 63 respondents through saturated samples. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction also Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Semabu Hotel & Resort Nusa Penida in Klungkung Regency. This research implies that it is important for companies to pay attention to the transformational leadership style applied by superiors and the compensation system provided by the company to employees so that it can improve the quality of employee work and obtain optimal individual performance so that it will also increase employee job satisfaction.
