Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the voluntary behavior of a worker to want to do a task or work outside of his responsibilities or obligations for the betterment or profit of his organization. In order for employees grow OCB, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at. The number of samples are 42 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used path analysis and multiple test. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Hotel Pertiwi Bisma 2 Ubud should further enhance OCB behavior, especially regarding the regulations set by the company, and also the behavior of employees with colleagues, so employees are expected comply with existing regulations in the company and be able maintain a good relationship with colleagues.
