Organizational citizenship behavior is a behavior to work voluntary outside the job description and can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of company functions. In order to grow OCB in Impiana Private Villas Seminyak employees, the company needs to pay attention to organizational justice, trust, and organizational commitment. Purpose of this study is to explain the effect of organizational justice, trust, and organizational commitment on OCB. Sample are 106 respondents with the simple random sampling method and calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on OCB, trust has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The results of the model feasibility test found that organizational justice, trust, and organizational commitment significantly influence simultaneously or together on organizational citizenship behavior of Impiana Private Villas Seminyak employees.
