The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Family Planning Program, namely the decline in participants. The decreased participants of program cause a high risk of pregnancy which will cause problems with the explosion in the number of infant births. To overcome this impact, support from health workers and husbands is needed to help improve acceptor compliance in implementing the program during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the support of health workers and husbands with family planning implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kalasan Sleman Health Center. Cross-sectional design with accidental sampling was used. 52 family planning acceptors were recruited. Chi Square analysis and multiple linear regression was performed. This study used three research instruments, namely the family planning card to measure compliance with family planning implementation, the health worker support questionnaire to measure the support of health workers and the husband's support questionnaire to determine the husband's support for family planning acceptors at the Kalasan Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of the chi square test obtained the p value = 0,000 and the contingency coefficient value of 0,537 (support of health workers) and 0,679 (support of husband). Thus, there is a relationship between the support of health workers and husbands with compliance with the implementation of Family Planning Program during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kalasan Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta.
