La reconstrucción de la biblioteca hipotética de Francisco de Quevedo: Viejos problemas y nuevos hallazgos

RESUMEN: En este trabajo se estudian los diversos problemas que plantea el proceso de reconstrucción de la biblioteca hipotética de Francisco de Quevedo a partir de los inventarios post morten del escritor madrileño y del VII duque de Medinaceli, junto a los índices de la biblioteca del monasterio de San Martín de Madrid. Además se da noticia de un nuevo conjunto de ejemplares impresos de la colección bibliográ ca de Quevedo.ABSTRACT: This paper studies various problems linked with the hypothetical reconstruction of the library of Francisco de Quevedo. It is based on the inventories made after the death of the writer, both of his own books and of those of the 7th Duque de Medinaceli. We use, as well, the indexes of the library of Monasterio de San Martín, in Madrid. Furthermore, we give information about a new set of printed copies of Quevedo’s bibliographic collection.
