The research objective that is, identifying character patterns, understanding behavior, and examines the relationship between the characteristics and behavior of institutions that support youth organization enhancement of Agricultural Processed Products. The research method uses a form of field research, sampling techniques the research done by purposive sampling committee and members of the youth some 29 people. Research data analysis using Spearman correlation statistical analysis and test tools Minitab 17. The results obtained, the routine entrepreneurial youth in considering the weaker categories of education, business, product, willpower, confidence, results orientation and human resources category enough youth, then the required special attention related to training and mentoring to support entrepreneurial local activity. Entrepreneurial arbitration are always looking for opportunities to carry out entrepreneurial local activities through the discovery and utilization of (good) and weak categories in the form of capital acquisitions, price, production and market advantages in the product business. Innovative entrepreneurial venture lies in product innovation and human resources youth organization. Conclusion, the characteristics of the management and members of the youth organization of Balesari Village are only concentrated on the types of activities derived from the technical implementation field, behavior is more focused on natural tourism, religion, sports, community service and the arts, with routine entrepreneurship, arbitration and innovative having a weak relationship strength and enough with entrepreneurial products that locality food and Giyanti coffee.
