The research includes first the causes of the violations on the master plan and secondly the areas exceeded and thirdly the effects of the repercussions and problems resulting from the urban society of the city as a result of this overrun and proposed solutions to modify the master plan to accommodate these abuses and the development of the new master plan for the future residential expansion and development and modification of the master plan of the city to meet the requirements Urbanization.
