Educational Juridical Norm is solicited by the state power, which is obligatority and formally defined dictation in the form of instruction and recommendation. Being a certain legal circle of social regulation, it is directed towards the adjustment of some type of relations. This kind of definition is applicable in the sphere of education, for the educational relations are a subject of juridical regulations. Not only educational juridical relations are reflected in the above mentioned norm, but also such objectives and problems which are solved by specific legal sphere. Though educational juridical norms dominate in educational right, not all of them are pure educational juridical. Some of them are not independent, but a peculiar complex normative case, which tends to regulate general and special elements of educational system. The part of educational juridical structure where certain educational problems and peculiarities are defined is called disposition. Educational relations which are considered to be complex institutions include administrative, labour, property, pedagogical and some other relations. This very circumstance settles the nature of educational right as a complex of juridical institutions.
