The paper analyzes the issues of physical education and healthy lifestyles in ancient and medieval Armenia, which are represented in the aspects of Hellenistic and Christian culture. The author, considering the problem in a given historical period, underlined that physical education and healthy lifestyle are due ideas of physical and spiritual harmony.
