The article analyses basic problems of migrants’ patents system realization in labour market. The authors carry out the legal analysis of domestic model of patenting. Series of measures on patent improvement as forms of a document for realization of labour activity for foreign citizens in a context of regulation of migratory processes in the Russian Federation is offered.
