In the scientific paper an actual problem is introduced from the perspective of sociological analysis which refers to the impact of innovative processes on work behaviour change. Firstly, the innovative material is beinginvestigated, thereafter it is related to the practical behaviour. Secondly, all conclusions are made on the basis of sociological analysis of practical behaviour. The relevance of this article also lies in the fact that it proposes new approaches due to the influence of innovative processes associated with the formation of a new work behaviour that contributes to the promotion of practical activity.
